The inaugural session of the 28th convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro was held on July 27, 2023.

In accordance with Articles 12 and 13 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, MPs who already hold a public office are obliged to resign from one of the positions they hold within 30 days.

Based on its legal authority, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption will initiate proceedings against all members of the current convocation of the Parliament who do not fulfill their legal obligation.
