Dedicated to its preventive function, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption informs the authorities of their legal obligation to submit extracts from the records of gifts and reports on received sponsorships and donations.

Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption stipulates that the authority is obliged to submit an extract from the gift records to the Agency by the end of March of the current year for the previous year. Article 22 paragraph 1 of the Law prescribes the obligation of the authorities to submit to the Agency a written report on received sponsorships and donations with a copy of the documentation related to them by the end of March of the current year for the previous year.
