Responding to increased public interest, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption informs that, as a preventive anti-corruption institution, it submitted all relevant data on the income and assets of former public official Zoran Lazović and related persons to the competent investigative authorities on May 19, 2022. The data was forwarded in connection with the criminal proceedings being conducted against a person related to the former public official Lazović.

Depending on the outcome of the criminal proceedings and the assessment given by the prosecutor's office and the court, the Agency will carry out the appropriate procedure within its jurisdiction.
