Consistently conducting educational activities, during this week, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption organized trainings for newly appointed public officials from Podgorica, Pljevlja and Plav on the topic of Application of Anti-Corruption Regulations under the Competence of the APC".

The lecturers from the competent sections of the Agency presented to the participants the legal provisions related to the reporting of income and assets of public officials, prevention of conflicts of interest in exercising public functions, obligations, restrictions and prohibitions for authorities in the election campaign, and handling of whistleblower reports and protection of whistleblowers.

On Monday, the online training was attended by the President of the Municipal Assembly of Pljevlja, the President of the Municipal Assembly of Plav, and four other public officials from this local government.

The training that was held on Wednesday at the premises of the Capital City Assembly was attended by seven councilors and a representative from the Common Affairs Service.

Dedicated to its educational function, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption will continue with the implementation of the Annual Training Plan.
