Full transparency of the use of public funds, issued travel orders and social benefits is ensured. All contracts, reports and documentation submitted by the authorities have been checked and published.

8 opinions were given and a total of 106 offenses were initiated against the responsible persons within the authorities, due to the violation of provisions related to employment and restrictions on the use of state funds.

In the following period, the control of 14 authorities will be carried out, while the control of monthly spending for September and the verification of the delivery of employment documentation are underway, and statements were also requested for the application of restrictions on debt write-off and the use of mechanization in municipalities where elections have been announced.

The agency regularly monitors and controls the activities of political entities since the beginning of the campaign, with special reference to contracts and displayed prices of services provided. So far, there have been no reported contributions from legal and natural persons, while the controls of political entities are in progress.

In the case of certain entities, the realization of certain activities before the opening of the account was observed, while in others a delay was noted in terms of opening the account and determining the responsible persons.

About €348,899 has been earmarked for financing the election campaign in 14 municipalities, which is the limit for a political entity participating in all 14 election campaigns. The largest amount is planned for Podgorica (€68,425), and the smallest for Žabljak and Šavnik, slightly more than €4,000 each.
