All the candidates, who participated in the elections for the President of Montenegro on April 15^th 2018, submitted the Agency the reports on the origin, amount and structure of the collected and spent funds in the election campaign with accompanying documentation, within legally prescribed deadline of 30 days from the day of the elections, i.e. May 15^th 2018. Agency is obliged to publish, on its website, the reports on collected and spent funds in the election campaign within seven days from the day of receiving the necessary data.

The Agency shall control all the submitted reports and collected supporting documentation, check completeness and accuracy of the reported data, as well as the supervision of compliance with the provisions of the Law based on the data provided by the political entities - the candidates for the President of Montenegro.

The Agency shall publish the results of the control and supervision in the Report on the control and supervision, which the Agency has to adopt and publish on its web site within the period of 60 days from the date of the promulgation of the final results of the elections. The Agency shall initiate the legally prescribed procedures if, in the course of the control and supervision of the submitted documentation, it finds possible irregularities and violations of the law.
