Three-Party Commission was established by means of a Decision of the Vice Prime Minister of Montenegro for European Integration on 10 October 2007. The aim was to enable the analysis of cases in the field of organised crime and corruption, as well as reporting and development of an unique methodology of statistical indicators in the field of organised crime and corruption.
